Purchases, subscriptions, billing, cancellations, and refunds for Mayveon products are handled by the relevant product website and are governed by that product's checkout terms, refund policy, or customer agreement.

Direct payments to Mayveon
If you make a payment directly to Mayveon Pty Ltd and no separate product refund policy applies, refund requests should be sent to contact@mayveon.com. Please include the payment date, amount, product or service, and the reason for the request.
